Fanfic idea alert ❗

So I recently just watched F.R.I.E.N.D.S. for the first time (the American TV show) and I wanted to make a episodic fanfic of the TCF fam's "after the war" life just with Cale FINALLY settling down with his (only kind of because with Cale, as if) slacker life and with everyone doing their own thing, getting their crap together or something. I was thinking of making it the way the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. TV show tells their story.

I'm not sure how to go about it but a few of the chapter ideas I have right now are:

Cale's sleep getting disturbed by Raon because Raon has been doing fun magic experiments with Eruhaben & Sheritt that he wants to show Cale. Cale's hair may or may not take the burnt of the experiment (we'll see).

Cale being forced to help Alberu with paper work as per Tasha's request because the emperor's eyebags are so bad that they refused to be covered up with even magic.

The children wanting to go to the academy but ended up getting kicked out due to various reasons so instead, Cale created an academy just for them (which ended up becoming the greatest academy in both Eastern and western continent combined).

On getting suitors. Ron, Cale, Hong, and Raon traumatising them (nuff said).

A really infectious cold travelling around the super rock villa. Beacrox, Raon, On, and Hong taking most of the burnt of it because it started with the children out playing in the rain for too long then they went and bothered Beacrox because he was just there (Cale & Choi han was in the capital for some reason that I am yet to create) and now Cale has to be in charge of cooking once he comes back from the capital because everyone in the villa has the cold or are developing the cold already (and we all know Choi Han ain't no cook).

That's all I've got for now. Any ideas? Let me know what you guys think.

i am not joking we need to force teach cooking in schools. like. it is an essential thing for survival. do you know how easy it is to make things if you know even the bare bones shit about how cooking works. we need to teach teenagers how far you can take an onion and some other veggies it’’s sad that people grow up not knowing how to prepare literally anything. and i’m not talking about oh this home ed class taught me how to make chicken nuggets at home i’m talking about learning the balancing of sweetness and acidity and saltiness and bitterness and shit like that and techniques and oil temperatures and how meats cook. it needs to be taught because it’s literally not even that difficult and it matters so much

i truly believe that knowing how to cook is a basic survival concept and the fact that so many people can’t even make simple dishes is depressing as hell this is the sorta thing that should be taught at a young age. being able to take the ingredients you have around your home and turn them into a meal is like, essential and will make life so much better. you don’t need to be a high end chef you just need to understand some things that can be easily taught… but then again maybe the education system is playing a roll against this and ultimately they want you to grow up to rely on mcdonalds for dinner. i don’t know. please learn how to cook for yourself if you’re able. i’m not asking you to hunt for specific ingredients to make some expensive youtuber’s “best” recipe but if you know the basics of cooking you can do a lot with cheap canned ingredients. cooking can be affordable i promise you just need to learn how to make do with what you can get

There's this fanfic of toonka x Cale where Cale is all vulnerable but can't show it to others (forgot if it's after the war or if they're still in the middle of the war) but toonka finds him and Cale confides in toonka and surprisingly toonka actually LISTENS which is so cute because he's such a big and loud guy but he was able to console Cale and Cale found comfort in that and just aaaahhhh

I dont know if the fic was on AO3 anymore because I'm looking for it in AO3 and I can't find it ;-; now I'm thinking maybe it was actually a Headcanon on twitter or tumblr or something BUT IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE THIS IS PLEASE HELP ;-;

anyway what makes trash of the count’s family and who made me a princess my fav isekai is that most stories in the genre seem to like ..forget that their protagonists had a life before getting isekaied?

like either there is never any emotional weight to them missing all their loved ones back home OR they were very sad orphans w/ no friends but this also never gets acknowledged beyond giving them a reason not to want to go back.

Meanwhile Tcf and wmmp will NOT let you forget that their protagonists are so fucking depressed and traumatized for like one chapter. Their past sucky lives are literally driving 90% of their narrative choices.

- Why is Athy so fatalistic and certain that Claude will drop her like a hot potato, yet still desperate for parental love?

- Why does Cale insist on thinking of himself as a bad and selfish person, even though he spends all his time helping innocent people and supporting his found family?

Its the trauma, baby!

Headcanon for Choicale that even though Choi Han is twice Cale's size he still acts like he is half his size

Choi Han, lowering his head at the edge of the couch beside Cale's feet like a kicked puppy: Nothing...

Cale: Choi Han you are sulking.

Cale: Ugh you are doing it again, please don't do the sad puppy eye--- Oh too late you are already doing it.

Choi Han: ✨🐶✨

Cale: Now you're shining. You always shine.

Choi Han: ...I do?

*Choi Han gets rid off the blankets on top of Cale and carefully settles himself between his legs, and comfortably nestle his head on Cale's abdomen before wrapping his muscled scarred arms around Cale's narrow waist*

Cale, chuckles and lovingly carresses and scratches the back of Choi Han's head: You are such a big puppy, you know that?

Choi Han: mmmmm...

Cale: Now you're dozing off...

Choi Han: It's because I feel peaceful with you, Cale-nim... I always do.

Cale, freezes: What are you talking about... I should be the one saying that.

Choi Han, raises his head and looks warmly at Cale's eyes: Then is it safe to say that we feel safe in each other's arms?
