Today is a good day! This all purpose seasoning blend is the result of many hours of starting herbs and veggies from seed, and growing, tending, harvesting, washing, drying and blending to perfection! How very satisfying to produce this from our own little farm! Ingredients are Murray Mason Meadows grown tomatoes, red peppers, garlic, caramelized onions, red onions, chives, summer savoury, basil, rosemary, parsley and jalapeños. Our Madagascar Vanilla is ready! The Mason jar on the left was bottled today, and the one on the right is after nine months (ready to be put into containers). Just two ingredients, Vodka and Grade A Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla beans. I’m pretty excited about my new professional microphone (early Christmas present from my love). And I’m feeling that one podcast isn’t enough....Love my monthly podcast on Awakening Spirituality and I’m kicking around the idea of one more podcast (on my own). I realize all of my friends aren’t the demographic I’ll be looking for, but I’m looking for more of a consensus from regular people (that’s you, lol). I have two ideas, if you have a minute, let me know your preference (and if you would have any stories or leads to add). 1. An unexplained paranormal podcast, where I would read emails, and have people tell their stories (I have a lot of experience with this subject). 2. A podcast with interesting people where I would talk with them and ask autobiographical questions (everyone has a story to tell). Planting music garlic into a hugel kultur and a layer of wood chips raised bed seeded with cover crop (mustard and rye). It’s the shotgun approach. It’s the hugel cover crop eden method. Oh yeah, we’re going to put hay on top of it too. Wish us luck.
