Xander blinked in confusion at his alternate. "Um... Bonjour..."

Xander had been busy trying once again to contact his older sister. The only person from his past he tried to talk to. But like always she wasn’t answering or picking up. It only went to voicemail. Xander was leaving a semi-long message, asking Blue to call him back and check on his Pokemon for him when he hard someone talk to him.

Startled he hung up, now he felt embarrassed, if Blue listened to the message she might think he was being a jerk.

"…It’s rude to interupt someone when they’re on the phone you imbicle."

"Um… Sorry, monsieur… I’m just… a little bothered, maybe confused… If you don’t mind me asking, what’s your name? My name is Xander, but my friends call me X."

Xander let out a huff. If he wasn't playing the part of a 'hero' he would have smacked the other and stormed off. But Xander had to be well-behaved... After all... He was a hero...

"No, I’m not a trainer, I don’t have any Pokemon suited for battling. Sorry if that disappoints you…"

As soon as the other mention Professor Elm Xander tensed up. He quietly told himself to stay calm.

"I can trade you a Noibat…."

The mention of Johto Pokemon made Xander's heart ache for his old team. The very team he left behind in Johto.

"...On second thought... I can just give it to you... I never got really attached to it... And it's better to give those Pokemon to someone who won't abandon them."
