Remember how I said I wanted to change up the composition of my last post? I figured out how I wanted to go about it. I will be animating it to an extent, but it is playing on the composition of the Orville peck fanart I came across. I feel like I’m going to have a lot of fun finishing this one up.

Been wanting to make a cowboy lix piece for quite some time but I didn’t know how to go about it. I remembered an Orville peck piece of fanart that I came across a while ago and the photoshoot that it was based on so here we are. I initially wanted to have them all spread out like the original shoot but I think I’m going to change it up composition wise. I hate seeing them so small and far away. And I feel like they all need to have their time in the spotlight.

Minlix brain worms got to me. I saw this photo and I had to. I couldn’t decide between an anthro version or a hybrid version. I initially wanted to stick with the anthro version cause I thought people would be weirded out by the hybrid version, but the hybrid idea was too fun to pass up and I think I like it more… sorry not sorry I guess.

Every time I’ve worked in this sketch I just keep adding to it (you can probably tell by the different colors in the sketch). I think I’m done expanding it. I want this one to have a summery vibe so we’re making him pink lemonade inspired 💕💛

Love bites among the Aussie line. I think this will be my final design for lix, the cat deer. He’s too deer like for me to ignore it but also too cat like to just completely abandon that idea, so why not combine the two. Plus if we can have dwaekki (and the cat rabbit I made for Lino) I don’t see why we can’t combine animals for the other members.

While I love the amount of fics I’ve come across that portray lix as a cheerleader, I think my favorite is one where he becomes one on a dare. I’m just waiting for something bad to happen and I’m hoping my gut is wrong.

Using fic fanart to draw out my emotions. And using fic fanart to draw something to my favorite songs. I don’t think I’ve ever worked so hard on a piece before (posing was different from what I’m used to, content was something I’ve never done before). It was really fun making everything look wet. And god does this scene mean so much to me. This fic ruined my life in the best way possible. You’ll definitely be seeing more fanart of it in the future.

I was on an Ethel Cain kick a while back (still am kinda) and in true me fashion I tried to draw it out of my system. Unfortunately for me I like music too much and this fic too much to let either one not consume me fully.

I also have a problem of giving lix the biggest eyes imaginable, I do plan on fixing that later when I finish this piece.

Drawing challenge with a friend (createdtogaze on insta, check them out). Getting to see their Hyun early was such a treat, I’m still obsessed with how he turned out. I don’t think my Rui is anywhere near as good as their Hyun but I am still quite proud of how my Rui turned out.

How I’ve longed to draw something for this song. Imagine the joy I experienced when a chapter of a fic fit it perfectly. Makes my soul hurt actually.

The premise of this fic is lix becomes a cheerleader on a dare, a take a found out I thoroughly enjoy. This isn’t the only thing I ended up drawing for that fic so I guess keep an eye out for those future sketches.

Going through my drafts and posting my sketches makes me realize my style has changed ever so slightly but hey, that’s for future me to fix when I finish these. (Someone please motivate me to go back and finish these)
