the editor has been gifted four complementary tickets for hearts2hearts' june 23 fan showcase for their upcoming comeback, and the magazine has been guaranteed press passes for the jun 22 press showcase should they want to cover the event. calvin klein has also sent over a thank-you fruit basket and perfume set.

saint-tropez, france. a private mansion in the pampelonne area has been rented out from june 18 - 22 for a highbrow september spread photoshoot & the highbrow staff's summer outing. the shoot will take place on the 19th, then staff will have until their morning flight on the 22nd to rest and relax. (if they can, anyway, what with jet lag and the september issue looming on the horizon…)
the mansion is 200 sqm of living area and 350 sqm of landscaped garden space. the house has rich finishes and luxurious amenities, with a total of six bedrooms. four larger rooms on the second floor open out into terraces of their own, have their own bathrooms, and can accommodate up to four people. two smaller rooms on the first floor can accommodate up to two people and share one bathroom.
there are living rooms on both floors, and an indoor kitchen and dining area on the first floor. fridges and pantries are fully-stocked with food, drink and alcohol. in the backyard is a pool with stone-toned finishes and sun loungers, while the basement has a six-car parking garage, a motorcycle and bicycle storage, a stainless steel dirty kitchen, and a laundry room.
a private beach on the famous pampelonne shore is just a 5-minute walk down a steep flight of stairs and through a short, private dirt path; public areas of the beach, restaurants and small stores are nearby, as well. place des lices is a 20-minute drive, while nice airport is a 2.5-hour drive.
the staff leaves incheon international airport on june 18 at 9 AM for a 14-hour flight to paris charles de gaulle airport, where they'll arrive at 11 PM kst / 4 PM cest. after a 1.5-hour layover, they'll take a 1.5-hour flight to arrive at nice côte d'azur airport at 7 pm cest. four waiting alphards will take the staff on a 2.5-hour drive to the mansion at pampelonne for an estimated 9:30 pm cest arrival time. the staff are provided with three rental kia sorentos to drive.
on the 19th, the morning will be spent preparing models, sets and equipment for the shoot. rented equipment will be delivered to the mansion. the shoot is scheduled to begin at 4 pm.
there are no scheduled activities for the following days, and staff are encouraged to explore nearby areas. all charges for team-related expenses, such as group dinners or activities, during the trip are to be charged to the creative editorial director's company card. (only those job level four and above hold a company card.)
the flight back to seoul for some staff is scheduled for 12 pm on cest on the 22nd, and they'll be picked up by service alphards. staff members who are set to travel to paris for men's fashion week will stay behind and travel to paris to fulfill their individual assignments. the 23rd has been especially reserved as a paid rest day, so taking a leave on this day won't deduct any leaves from staff, though they have the option to come into work.
