Day one of the Baby Girl Diet is finished! It's only going to get harder from here, so I better tough it out. I didn't have any binge urges, and I don't usually binge at all.

I drank enough water, but it totally slipped my mind to excercise for an hour 😓

But I LOADED up on safe foods yesterday. I have tons of super low cal meal/snack ideas.

I can do this. I'm gonna exercise tomorrow and get to 120 at the end!
