A Turning Point

On this day, January 28, 2016, just five days before my 23rd birthday, I felt different. Maybe it was because I went back to hot yoga last night after a few months of not going. Maybe it was because of the awful vivid nightmares I awoke from this morning in which I confronted people from my past I’ve been holding onto anger for; I then proceeded to have a panic attack because they were so real. No matter what the cause, I felt ready for change. I have been stuck in one place mentally for a long time, yearning to do things differently yet never taking any steps to get where I want to be. I made the decision today to really start working towards all of my goals and to change the way I think. More to come.
