Sering ditanya ketika bercengkerama,

Tanggapan saya biasanya diawali dengan hamdalah kemudian biasa saja, mengingat sehat atau ndak itu perkara memanajemen tubuh.
Mungkin, mereka yang bertanya tercetus dengan pawakan saya yang kecil namun tegap, maklum jebolan paskib sejak SMA dan Menwa di kampus,
Dan saya kasih wejangan ke mereka yang berdiskusi tentang urusan olah raga, manajemen jasmani,
Bahwa ada 3 (tiga) hal yang berpengaruh dalam kebugaran seseorang,
1. Asupan Nutrisi
2. Olah raga
3. Istirahat (dilansir dari pelbagai sumber, banyakan Yutub, haha)
Kalau ditanya makan apa aja, push up berapa kali, tidur berapa jam,
Well, kebutuhan saya, anda dan kita semua berbeda-beda.
Hal yang paling dahulu disiapkan setelah niat yang lurus, menjaga tubuh sebagai amanah dari Allaah, adalah mengenali tipikal tubuh kita (analisa SWOT sekalian gapapa). *saya termasuk tipikal kinestetik almost 100% btw
Next, silahkan tanya pada ahlinya entah anak gizi atau jasmani, atau baca literatur/sumber primer sembari trial and error.
Kalau sesungguhnya ilmu didapat dengan belajar, maka tubuh sehat didapat dengan “bergerak”.
Jadi, sudah tahu seberapa kuat anda?
Mari hidup sehat, karena Rasulullaah memiliki dada bidang dan berjalan bak turun gunung.
