Improvements
So I want to celebrate some little improvements. I haven’t made any grand discoveries or major improvements, but a lot of little things. First, I have been able to get my blood sugars down to 120 once this week, right before dinner. I was shaking because I am not accustomed to this low of a blood sugar, but it was only for 15 minutes or so. Also, in the same vein, I did not shoot sky high after…
