With the theme of Ehwaz (horse), things will be moving quickly. With the Ace of Pentacles and the 8 of Pentacles, I believe this will be career/financial progress. The 8 of Cups say to me that you have been feeling the need for change for a while now. You have grown emotionally, and know what you want and need in order to feel fulfilled. The Ace of Pentacles is telling me that new beginnings are coming, and they will be prosperous for you. Maybe you will be offered the chance to learn a new skill, or better your own skills.
