Picked up a trash bags full of men's clothing and 70s clothing in 2 free pickups. Some stuff really needs cleaning 🧼 but happy to get them. Trying my hand on clothing market. Also going to goodwill bins. Clothing I just can get free or cheap also housewares. I can do a yard sale twice a year and my landlord will pay me a small amount to pick up trash any little bit helps.

Decided to ask my landlord if I can do yard sales on weekends after expectations because online sales are slowing. going to offer me picking up beer cans and garbage around bungalows as good 😊 faith. It never hurts to offer a service in return we will see.

So I made an extra 160 dollars this Christmas season from mostly free pickups (DVDs, VHS, Xbox 360 games), curb junking (I found a guitar). I went at my own pace not to overwhelm myself but I opened a storage unit because I live in a small bungalow. I sold a jersey I found for 25 cents for 15 dollars. I still have plenty to list going as fast as I can after seasonal depression.
