highwind-valor when speaking about Puppeteer’s sexuality (via bleedingheartworks)
• | Emra | Creepypasta “I will do whatever he wishes. Without any hesitation, without any regret. I’d die a thousand times for him, over and over. Even if that means I’d just be a puppet on strings.”
You ain’t a lover, you’re a house on fire.
House On Fire (Nicolas Marquis ft Laura Ellis)
Do you love Puppeteer?
Of course I do, he is the one who created me after all.

It could only be fair like this. Now we'll never be apart.
Puppets. Walter Ernest Webster (British, 1878-1959). Oil on canvas.
"The Fairground Booth" or "The Puppet Show" was presented in Moscow in 1906. Written by Alexander Blok, the production was a collaboration between the Theatre director Meyerhold and Blok himself. The outline of the play involves three main characters Pierrot, Columbine and Harlequin plus other players like the author and a group of what is called the mystics.
The nearest empty seat happened to be next to Jonathan. At least, that’s what she thought his name was. She didn’t know much about this guy, but didn’t have a lot of options in terms of seating.
Remaining quite, she slunked back in her seat. If her parents or ballet instructors saw her sitting like this she would definitely be yelled at. here was an awkwardness about the air, not knowing the person next to her. She was so used to being in a tight knit group. She got up the nerve to whisper to him,
"Did I miss anything important within the few minutes of being late?" she offered a friendly smile.
He didn’t really notice that she had moved closer until he was done speaking and everyone was getting to their specific area of profession. The actors getting to their rehearsal, the stage artists going backstage to start collecting the props and scenery for their chosen play. He, on the other hand, decided to stay behind. The producing of the play and getting things to come together, that was his job. And by now, everyone was already on their way to their job. His head peeked back when her voice appeared next to him, a slight bit startled but pleased to finally have her here. He met her with a smile, shrugging his shoulders a slight bit. Anything to seem less important than he already felt.
“Not if you have already read through the script. You were the one that was gonna play Audrey, right? I haven’t seen our Seymour just yet but I figured it would be the person we’re waiting for… —Sebastian, whatever his name was.”
He laughed a bit, but then realizing he was only talking to make things feel better than what they actually were. An awkward silence broke out between of them, Jonathan’s discreet coughing feeling the air.
”…I liked the move, though. I don’t get why people dislike it. I suppose they always want the real deal…”
“Yes, I read through it a couple of times actually.” she smiled, “I was surprised I got a lead role to be honest. I’ve never been that good at singing, compared to dancing at least.”
Emra kept her breathing steady, trying not to make things even more awkward than they already were. Leaning on the table, she listened in agreement, “Live theatre is always a whole different aspect than movies. Nothing can be duplicated exactly in each performance, that’s why I like it. But I love the movie too. It’s something I can sing along with when my parents are out of the house.” she laughed. She was rambling now, she felt so stupid just sitting there, but the person she was meant to rehearse with wasn’t there yet.
“So, any idea when he is supposed to get here?”
The last dance…
