Lossiemouth Filling Station 14.5.16

Charity Bowman-Webb was speaking at Lossiemouth on Pentecost Saturday evening - some of the same team who’d been busy that morning travelled to be there and bring movement with fabrics.

Fullness of Life Course 27.5.16

John Thomas - scripture meditating

John Thomas is co-teaching this week end on the “Fullness of Life” course with Charity Bowman-Webb and Hilary McNutt - here he is, sharing on the importance of pulling out depths of understanding from the Bible.  (Together with John Paul Jackson, he wrote a book on this theme “The Art of Praying the Scripture”)

Blue Flame - names

We chose the name “Blue Flame” to describe ourselves as a group, because the blue part of the flame is the hottest part - and we want to be hot for God.

Eastgate Outreach 14.5.16

Pentecost Saturday in a shopping Mall - a large team led by Diana Turner.  

Encounter for healing, dreams and destiny words: 33 Hand massage: 7 Facepainting: 40 children Children's Nails: 5 11 am - 1 pm: many balloon shapes given out Dance team led by Anna

2 people decided to follow Jesus.

In the front, Anna moving in worship, behind her on the yellow covered table is the reception - where folk booked their appointment and chose from the spiritual menu on the poster displayed alongside. Behind the pull up poster is the area for facepainting and other tables with folk in their appointments.

The queue for children's facepainting was persistent: only 2 facepainters all day: Charity Bowman Webb and Morven Ball managed to paint 40 faces - each one a work of art. They carefully painted positive images on the children's faces. One girl had a ringlet of flowers on her forehead and it was a beautiful adornment. (In contrast, one child painted by a facepainter at another location went by with her face painted as a skull with thick crude black lines. What a contrast: death and life) Delighted parents were quickly photographing the finished results with their mobiles. They will be part of family's digital albums for years to come.

Alyson and Malcolm Sim in action. Alyson was also providing the relaxing massages of hands. In our comments book: "What a lovely experience I had having my hand massage. I feel so relaxed and chilled." "All I can say is a huge thank you for helping me realize, albeit in a brief setting, that there is a calmer less stressful life out there for me after a very difficult year." "Very insightful and interesting appreciative of your time. Thank you."

Healing and Dream Interpretation also on offer.

Kindness: Pamper for Mums

Alison, Ingrid and Morven transformed a church room from plain to a lovely 

ambience, with fairy lights, materials, decorated table, with daffodils, serviettes, party bag each (containing bracelet, prophetic word and heart chocolate), played peaceful background music, and invited God's presence. 

The ladies had soft drinks & nibbles when they arrived, we prepared them a 2course meal, choice of meat dish and vegetarian, and desserts, and we served it to them, followed by tea/coffee & chocs. Following this we pampered the Mums, and offered hand massage and nail painting/art, talked and imparted a blessing upon them. The Mums said the evening was "absolutely amazing", "so wonderful". On receiving their gift (unique handmade glass beaded bracelet) with a word of encouragement they were heard saying 

"That is so me. How did you know that?", 

"That's my birthstone", 

"That's my favourite colour". 

A simple event, but such a blessing to the ladies, who don’t normally receive pampering and being valued and specially treated. God's love was poured out on them, and God will have touched their hearts

TABERNACLE seminar at CLAN Highlands and Islands 22/23 April 2016

Creative words were invited, a prophetic poem describing valley of Dry bones (Karen Beaton) and a dance lead by Anna Griffin, “Metamorphosis” showing movement into freedom, using metaphor of butterfly emerging from chrysalis.  Attendees also invited to draw/colour what they were sensing.  And finally, an invitation to connect with red fabric, as a way of by faith touching the hem of Christ’s robe.
