She has a thyroid mass that needs to be surgically removed. The doctors have advised that the surgery should be done as soon as possible, before the mass develops into something more dangerous.

Living through war and displacement has made access to proper medical care incredibly difficult, and the cost of the surgery is far beyond what I can afford alone.

I’m doing everything I can to protect my mother and get her the treatment she needs. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to the surgery.

Hello Tumblr community, I am Hisham Zidane from Gaza, I am 25 years old. I will make this account a platform to collect donations for our humanitarian situation after the war on Gaza 470 days ago. We are a family of 6 people

Our home is filled with love and tenderness, but the coming of the war was the beginning of our destruction. I am the eldest son. After the death of my father who was suffering from cancer, the responsibility shifted and I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, but with the coming of the war, I lost my job as a mechatronics engineer

and became without income. My sister, the doctor Amani, lost her job. We lost our beautiful home after the occupation demolished it. You cannot imagine losing the warmth, love and security in your home. You can watch. If they did, they destroyed everything, our beautiful garden, our fruitful trees, and our dear memories. We have begun to suffer from all directions. There is no security or simple rights such as work, freedom and safety.

We have begun to suffer from the lack of healthy water and clean food, so I have begun to travel distances to fill water.

Also, due to the interruption of natural gas and the use of fire, I have begun to suffer from severe chest sensitivity and shortness of breath

Her name is Sasha. 🐾

She’s not just a cat to me — she’s my little family in the middle of everything happening in Gaza. A few days ago, Sasha was injured badly, and since then her condition has been getting worse. She’s weak, in pain, barely eating, and I can see the exhaustion in her eyes every single day.

I wish I could give her immediate treatment without asking anyone for help, but the reality here is cruel. Veterinary care, medicine, and even transportation are incredibly difficult and expensive to get. I feel helpless watching her suffer while trying to stay strong for her.

Even after being injured, Sasha still curls up beside me at night looking for comfort and safety. She trusts me completely, and that breaks my heart because I’m struggling to provide what she needs right now.

I’m asking from the deepest place in my heart: please help Sasha survive. Any donation, no matter how small, can help cover her treatment and medication. And if you can’t donate, sharing her story could reach someone who can.
