I love Uncle Poseidon & Apollo (their adventures together under Laomedon as slaves, poseidon giving the oracle of delphi to Apollo etc etc) and it would be so funny if Apollo claimed Percy to protect him from his father and Hades. I bet Poseidon would be so relieved and thankful cause he was stressing.

Apollo also spoils his new cousin and visits via dreams like his other kids, Percy probably gets attached…

Then the trials of Apollo happen…

I love this concept because apparently, Apollo is also a patron of sailors, so it wouldn't be too big of a stretch to claim that Percy got very, very niche Apollo powers if he's ever caught using his water powers

If I was forced into a body that wasn't my own with my skills and abilities that I spent a majority of my life being the very best at it, significantly lessened or gone, and only having a fraction of my memories. Enslaved and force to whatever commanded by twelve year old. Had my very being torn from the inside out. One of the very few people to ever stand up for me and just not simply blame me. Several different enemies trying to kill me almost constantly for glory or personal revenge.

While knowing my father did this to me and wants me to die while the people I have spent several thousands of years with do nothing but watch and bet on my death. Knowing why and they won't ever intervene because I have been to position and have done same thing over and over again.

I, too would cry everytime someone was kind to me and constantly be having a mental breakdown and identity crisis

"oh why don't pjo fans know that Apollo told Jason Leo was alive" probably because most pjo fans refuse to read ToA and actually only nitpick what they want to assume is canon. they'll bitch over Jason's death but refuse to acknowledge Lavinia, or Shelper, or crest, or Lester's growth, or megs trauma, or any of the actual things that stick out when you read the series!
