A quiet moment of intimacy before the fun begins

That’s right, I came across this image in the middle of the week, and the moment I saw it, it captivated me. It was so intense that it inspired me to write a fantasy piece. At first, I had planned something very short—one of those short stories that the general audience here on Tumblr loves so much. But since I only answer to myself whenever I sit in front of the keyboard, I ended up writing nearly 2,000 words around it.

I’ve already published and shared the story on the Spanish website where I post everything I write. Here, on my Tumblr blog, it will still take a little longer to see the light of day. So, I encourage the boldest among you to share your guesses with me about what my fantasy piece might be about. Who am I in that picture?
