As much as I liked Peter and Tony's dynamic in Marvel movies, their relationship was so weird at a glance 😭

First, Tony sees this child doing borderline illegal vigilante activity that actively gets him injured, and instead of being concerned, Tony decides to pull up to this kid's house, lie to his guardian about the entire situation, and go into Peter's bedroom privately to give him the ultimatum of either going to Germany or being snitched on to his aunt. Then May agrees to just let him go, leading to Peter being let loose to fight a bunch of superpowered government-trained heroes

Don't get me wrong, I understand that it's not actually that bad in movie content. Tony is a well-respected hero; obviously, May would see this as a huge opportunity, but it just sounds so weird, especially considering Tony continued to watch this kid get hurt after Germany and said nothing to May. I get the idea that Tony would never have been able to get Peter to stop regardless, but it still sounds wild without context

🕷️SPIDERMAN BND SPOILERS🕸️

I think the ppl who claim Frank Castle was useless in BND or just comedic relief are not understanding the overarching symbolism of most of the movie.

In my opinion, Peter's struggles with becoming more mutant represent depression. He isolates from his friends, overworks himself, feels like he can't control himself, and gets angry quickly, something he tries to fix with power inhibitors, aka medication.

From this theme comes Frank. An outside source who tries to fix Peter's problems. He tries to get rid of the enemies Peter faces. However, none of these attempts work due to Peter's sabotage. Anyway, to my main point, Frank represents how those with depression have to choose to change, to heal. As much as Frank wants to help (although he doesn't necessarily do these things solely for Peter; his attempts still count), it has little effect because Peter must learn to heal on his own. As in real life, your support group can't fix your issues; they can merely build you up and be there when you need them.

I wish Connor Bedard was traded and not because I think he's a bad player and deserves it, but because Chicago fans treat him like shit and the team itself is doing literally nothing to help this man out.

Bedsy's career would be less miserable if he was on a team that auctally liked him. I'm not even asking for him to be on a playoff contending team I just want him to experience the joys of professional hockey w/o his team trading everyone he even slightly likes. I also think it's so stupid how Chicago fans are constantly complaining about him not showing enough 'team spirit' as if there's anything on that team to be excited about.

Everyone acts surprised that the Flyers under Danny Briere is extremely gay, but this is NOT new for Briere. Him, Couturier, and Giroux were all on one freakquency when they played tgth. Briere is not new to the doomed mlm subgenre don't disrespect him like that.

Danny Briere saw the Ducks lack of respect for their players after the Drysdale Zegras trade and decided their team didn't deserve to be happy.

The Ducks will either have to pay Carlsson way more than they wanted to or they'll lose him, either way screwing over the team until they find a way to get more cap space or find a replacement for Carlsson.

I miss Nolan Patrick😓

I could imagine him and Jamie being good friends, especially right after the trade with the Ducks happened. Bc unlike TK, Nolan gets how it feels to be in Jamie's situation, while TK could relate more to Trevor as the one left behind. (Though I think TK was better off staying with the Flyers)
