the thing I long for the most in life, is to finde a person I can read poetry to. A person to hold me while sleeping and aperson to fully understand the deapts of my soul.

does anyone else get such an impossible yearning for academia? sometimes all i want to do is consume literature, philosophy, history, poetry, art, to the point it becomes near to overwhelming. i want to do so much, learn so much, and i’ll never be able to do it all, yet the love of it keeps me going. maybe i can’t read all of the books i want to, but that makes the ones i read even more special.

i think university is about walking around campus with a tote bag (or backpack) and trying to look purposeful and busy. and whoever manages to look the most purposeful and busy wins
christopher marlowe wrote plays 400 years ago and they went on to give me massive brain rot
literally how was i supposed to read this and be normal about it
“And so, when a person meets the half that is his very own, whatever his orientation, whether it’s to young men or not, then something wonderful happens: the two are struck from their senses by love, by a sense of belonging to one another, and by desire, and they don’t want to be separated from one another, not even for a moment.” ― Plato, The Symposium
“According to Greek mythology, humans were originally created with four arms, four legs and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate parts, condemning them to spend their lives in search of their other halves.” ― Plato, The Symposium

Послушайте!
Ведь, если звезды зажигают -
значит - это кому-нибудь нужно?
Значит - кто-то хочет, чтобы они были?
Значит - кто-то называет эти плевочки
жемчужиной?

See, if stars light up
does it mean that there is someone who needs it?
Does it mean that someone wants them to exist?
It means that someone calls these little spits
