Clitoral sensitivity

I’ve noticed that somewhat recently I’ve been starting to loose some of the sensitivity in my clit. I thought it might be testosterone, but I’ve been on testosterone for almost two years, and I haven’t really taken any different medicines and I’ve always had the same masturbation routine. My libido is the same if not higher because of testosterone. I don’t use vibrators, which is what came up when I googled why I might be less sensitive.
