Run by the same system as @holder-culture-is, we’re deciding to take our old holder flags are remake them, and possibly make new ones? We’ll see!
What’s this blog for?
Mostly a flag blog, but we will do term coinings as well!
Unlike the old blog, this is purely for flags and terms. We don’t do culture asks.
Terms
You may see us upload different versions of the same flag with different symbols in the middle. These correspond to similar, but distinct role types that all fall under the “holder” category. These types are Manager, Fronter, and Experiencer.
Manager: Helps to manage/deal with whatever they hold. Ex: Anger managers front to help with anger
Fronter: Triggered to front by whatever they hold, but doesn’t help manage or deal with it at all. Ex: Anger fronters front whenever the body is angry, but don’t do anything to help with it
Experiencer: Experiences whatever they hold when they front. Ex: Anger experiencers tend to be more angry when they front, even if the body wasn’t angry beforehand.
Each flag will be uploaded with 6 versions: an overall holder version, versions with all 3 of these role specifications, one with a specific symbol depending on the flag, and a blank one with no symbol.
We thought of all of these terms ourselves, we apologize if they resemble other terms.
Boundaries?
Don’t bring syscourse on this blog. This blog is centered around and made for traumagenic systems, but we can’t stop people from using our flags. That being said, we won’t make flags for any endogenic-specific terms.
We don’t support radqueers or willogenic systems, and we collectively have mixed feelings on otherwise endogenic systems. If you’re uncomfortable with any of these stances, don’t make a big deal about it please.
Credit
You don’t have to credit us if you use any of our flags! Feel free to change them however you’d like and use whatever terms you like. If you prefer the term neutralizer instead of manager for example, go ahead and use it! We’re not the boss of you, this is a resource only blog.
This is also the place to mention that most of our flags are remakes of old flags we made, because we are no longer happy with the way we made them. We’d appreciate if you could switch to the new flags, but again, we’re not the boss of you.
Masterlist
We’re currently working on a masterlist, but don’t count on it at the moment.
Requests
When requesting, make sure to clarify if you want a term for a specific holder or just a flag. If it’s the latter, please mention any specific colors you’d like. Even if requesting, we are still creating the flags and terms and thus the terms of use align with ours. You can’t ask for credit or certain boundaries for flags or terms you request.
Our requests are currently closed, as we’re just trying to get caught up with all the other flags first.
