This energizing and moisturizing scrub treatment will gently polish away dead surface cells and skin-dulling debris to reveal smoother, softer brighter skin. What is Spa Therapy?

Welcome to Holistic Healing Massage and Spa Therapy! I created this blog to educate clients on the many health benefits of Spa Therapy, and give more of an insight to the endless body treatments that I can offer using all natural products. Many people are simply unaware of how Spa therapy can improve overall health and well being. Your skin is your body's largest organ and absorbs everything that it touches, good or bad. My theory is if you wouldnt eat it, why put it on your skin. Kind of silly, but having that mindset helps you to become more health conscious of what is in the products you are using on your skin. Reading your labels is so important. Some brands claim to be "all natural," however when taking a closer look at the ingredient label you will find that they contain many harmful chemicals and dyes. If you dont know what an ingredient is, or cant pronounce it, do your homework. You have one body, and keeping it healthy on the outside is just as important as keeping it healthy on the inside. The Spa Therpay treatments that I offer help to remove toxins and bad bacteria that become trapped in your pores over time, and replacing them with healthy vitamins and minerals using natural ingredients from the Earth! All of the vitamins and minerals that are found in the food that we eat can be absorbed through our skin to leave it soft, hydrated and renewed. Here, I will go in more detail about the Spa treatments I offer and their individual benefits. All treatments can be tailored depending on the clients individual needs or desired outcome.
