Cheater Mac and cheese.

Yes, box Mac and cheese is low spoon but this is even better.

Dump the box contents, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of water in a fry pan.

Add 2-4 tablespoons of butter, I like 2 but if you want creamier Mac, add more.

Bring it all to a simmer and simmer until the noodles are cooked and it's your desired thickness.

And there you go, you have Mac and cheese with no boiling water, no draining noodles and you are all done in 7 minutes or so.

Also, I'll add canned tuna or random veggies to up the nutrition factor as well. Just toss them in with everything else and it'll be just fine.
