Hey! I've heard it works for some people. And you know, it's probably better than going on a slaying spree and tearing all the sleeves of your shirts just cause you couldn't run from the pain. I was on the track and field team in high school. I had to run slooooow so after school, I'd usually go for an actual run. I really like running, it's a bit harder with one arm but I'm progressing. Right? I was thinking about triathlons actually.

LOL! There's no spreadsheet, I usually spread all my sheets in this beautiful thing called my brain, but HEY, we can make that happen.
