💫Chic Chignon for #ChloeSevigny attending the #MoMa film benefit honoring Martin Scorsese. STEP BY STEP 1. I brushed her hair with the @T3 micro smooth paddle brush, then applied @bumbleandbumble Thickening Spray from roots to ends. I blew her hair out smooth with the #T3 Cura dryer. 2. Once her hair was completely dried I used the T3 Single Pass X flat iron to smooth even more. Once I finished flat ironing I applied #Bumbleandbumble Invisible oil from the mid lengths of her hair to the ends avoiding her roots. 3. I pulled her hair into a low pony using the T3 paddle brush and Bumble and bumble Spray De Mode. I used a pin tail comb to carve out a micro parting at the center of her head, so the hair was still slick back, but with a slight center parting. 4. I folded her hair into a chic yet effortless chignon and secured it with blonde hair pins. 5. I then placed the black bow on top and secured with Black bobby pins. 6. To finish the look I used a small amount of Bb sumo clay to smooth any fly aways. A few of my current obsessions #1. Hair so curly I can barely tuck it behind my ears. I use @hottoolspro triple barrel curling iron. I use this section by section making sure to change direction with every press for a natural look. I finish it with @theouai memory mist. #2. This vintage top I found @bkflea that looks like it was an old band uniform or air stewardess blouse. #3. Chapped Cheeks. This has always been an obsession of mine but the goodie bag I picked up from the @glossier opening party had Dawn #cloudpaint in it and it’s perfect for my skin tone. #4. Wearing 1 Black hoop. With my leather tie in the other ear. Who knew having gauged ears at 17 would lead to this self made, semi permanent art installation that is my ear holes.
