Before the year ends just wanted to celebrate this little moment from Star Trek. Sorry McGivers but we donât even have sleeper ships right now never mind the advancements in sublight propulsion technology we were supposed to make this year. Weâve failed guys lol.

It was sweet of them to do autographs. Its so wonderful to see smiles and laughter instead of sadness. Its a wonderful celebration instead of a grieving memorial. Im sure Jeremy would have loved it.

20 year memorial today. Â The memorial has already commenced on Clapham Common at 1 PM +1 GMT London time, but the group will be moving to Wyndhamâs Theatre for a sizable reception and presentation.
It mustâve been nice to chill out and share stories at a place Jeremy used to hang out a lot. :)

Fans celebrate of the passing of actor Jeremy Brett who played Sherlock Holmes in the Granada TV series âThe Adventures of Sherlock Holmesâ who passed away twenty years ago today. Bench unveiled by fellow actor Dr. Watson in Clapham Common. London.
Some lovely pictures from yesterday. The one with David putting a rose on the bench got to me.

Its great seeing David and all the fans placing roses on the bench. Its nice seeing that so many different types of people at the celebration. Lots of different types of people found something in Jeremy to connect to or admire. Its wonderful.

I thought this was so sweet that they were there to pay their respects and share some memories with the fans.
Today has been lovely.
And I think Jeremy would be happy that he has bought so many people together and Iâm so pleased so many people are so passionate about keeping his memory alive. Because one thing I noticed after talking to people is how they all talked about how lovely he was, and thatâs why he still means so much to so many people 20 years on.
David Burke making an appearance too was just perfect.
Even 20 years later hes still held so deeply in peoples hearts. The roses! Its so cute im sure he wouldâve smiled at that. Its sweet that they made a bench and planted a tree at one of his favorite spots. Its nice to have a place to visit that isnât sad like a grave would be. Its a happy place. I love it.
Final post from todayâs events â I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever see/hear David Burke, much less at a tribute to the dear Jeremy Brett. Â A wonderful day all around and a testament to just how special the Granada series was and continues to be.
Lucky buggers i so wish i couldâve gone but i found out too late. Its so wonderful to see that David made a speech. And its wonderful to know that people were there and shared stories and memories of Jeremy. Im sure he wouldâve loved it.
Tribute from Edward Hardwicke after JBâs death. I cut this from a TV listings magazine at the time but I canât recall which one.
A wonderful thing to hear. Jeremy always did look full of happiness. His smile was lovely and warm. Im glad he had a lot of fun on set. And its so lovely to see how close Edward Hardwicke and Jeremy were. You can see in the interviews with them that they were good friends.

Selina upon hearing the door open and close turned onto her back with a sigh, She truly hadnât expected such a reaction from him, She had meant it when she said it wouldnât matter if she died.
She had had no friends at Bruma, Everyone just edged their way around her, Avoiding her when they could. The only person who had talked to her was Cicero. To hear him get angry about it kind of touched her in a strange way. Knowing that he and maybe others cared about her.
She groaned and plunged her face into her pillow, Dwelling on such thoughts would do nothing good. Closing her eyes she forced her mind to relax and give into sleep.
Cicero walked, letting his feet take him in whatever direction, not really seeking to go anywhere. But it seemed his mind was thinking of a place without telling him and he ended up at the stables.
He chose a horse at random and mounted up before taking off towards the road. With any luck, heâd be home soon.
Nestled in the woods not to far from the road but far enough, The moon light cast its rays through the trees casting a magical glow on the old overgrown house. Long forgotten but memories seeping from its very walls.
A small bird ruffled its feather and stretched its wings as it looked down upon the sight but looked around when hearing horse hooves pounding against the ground.
The horse appeared carrying a red headed man, The bird looking curiously at the two, No one had been here in years.
