First time making a baked salmon poke bowl. Too pretty to eat. 😍

Been craving for this for a couple of days and now finally able to make it. So pretty and yummy! I could eat this everyday😍

From top left then clockwise:

Blanched kale

Lightly blanched carrots

Cucumber ribbons

Quarter of avo with slivers of red onion

Air fried teriyaki salmon

Over a bed of warm brown rice and quinoa

Topped with salt and pepper and of course, my ever fave kewpie sesame dressing

Who would've thought this beauty is very easy to make?
