Homestead Handyman what are you growing this season? Dreams, I'm planting a lot of dreams this year. Can you plant dreams and nurture them? Well I am. We are beginning a new chapter in a story called life. We got as far as I could get us. I made it know “we are struggling to maintain”. The community heard me then steped in financially and are now bettered upward trajectory again. Living easy! I know this looks like a vacation scene... NOT just a short walk with my bebe. I love espresso with lots of cream. Can I make this my self? Homestead Reconstruction, a 2x3 bed frame transforming into a chicken coop. I made this inside the 5’x10’ trailer to pickup some last things and haul chickens to a friend farmer to babysit till the new property is available. Super fun build, worked in tandem with another diyer we seriously upgraded her husbands man cave into the party spot. By gutting a game storage closet and installing a #pinterest inspired bar closet and removing an old covered couch and replacing it with captains chairs with drink holders and #panthers decor on vegetable crates hung the tv and hid the wires inside the wall. Also installed a 4 way electrical outlet inside the closet and added a lock to the closet door, this was a super fun build! Have any projects on your mind? 6 days and counting. The field looks so peaceful in the morning. I forgot what it looked like before the #electricfence. The fence was established almost 3 years ago. And every so often I have expanded it until it to it's current holding of 5 acres subdivided into #paddocks. “See what I just did? Electric fence, current? Hahaha electric fence humor” ;The land has improved a lot I can see the effects of #multispecies #rotationalgraizing this site has served as my place of learning and I feel ready as I #graduate to my next #challenge in #landstewardship. I find challenges easier to resolve when our #collectiveminds know about it so we can work on it as 1 large #community.
