Explore the weeds! This invasive weed popped up in my garden this year. Its not edible but it is used medicinally as an antimetic or a vomit preventer. It's called richardia brasiliensis. Like most weeds it grows quickly and loves to take over a large areas. I still have so much to learn about the plants that grow around me. Introducing my garden army! My own personal assassins! For those of you that dont know my last name is Wheeler. Strangely, these bugs I found in the garden are called wheel bugs. I worked all day in the kitchen yesterday. I made some summer cooling treats for the chickens and some fall/winter treats. I tried to perfect my peanut butter chicken and dog treats and it was more like a sugarless cake lolol. Back to the drawing board. The dog didn't complain.
