The Princess and the Frog was essentially designed to fail. Despite great characters, they had a poorly written story and songs that weren’t nearly as catchy as literally any other Disney film. It was made to be the “we tried diversity and it failed” scapegoat.

There was a campaign of “waso (=和装: classic Japanese outfits)” Uchiha AU in a Naruto mobile game app of a certain country, as you might remember, and I had enjoyed making up some settings around it and drown pictures:

And I made a free-paper on this AU as a little bonus for the online purchase, since they had kindly ordered my book despite the extra cost of shipping. It was only available domestic and all written in Japanese, so I translated them here to entertain some ShisuIta fans… (contents are more or less the same but I added 1pg manga :))

I imagine that they don’t speak out every details in the conversation but they read and understand each other’s minds automatically, just like some old couples ;) And in my imagination, in this AU they’re more matured, calm, and adult-like than the original universe, since they don’t seem to have the tense between the village and the clan.
