So like, why does Berdly apparently send Kris love poems on February? Why does Kris blush when asked why they have one of his feathers?

People take Kris yelling out Berdly in shock when Ralsei asks them who they’re taking to the festival in Chapter 3 as disgust or disapproval, but what if it wasn’t? What if it was genuine surprise that the Soul managed to land on someone they actually liked outside of their immediate group?

Hmmmmm…

I’m not saying Kerdly is canon or anything, but I highly doubt Kris actively dislikes Berdly, much as most of this fandom does.

Also, why do people think Berdly being annoying makes him automatically unable to be likable? You’re allowed to find him annoying and dislike him because of it, but why are we pretending like it’s impossible to like someone who’s actively said to have nothing wrong with him aside from his annoying nature? He’s annoying yet he’s canonically a good friend, a supportive wingman, and is very considerate of other people’s feelings and situations (assuming he can get it right, like how he clocked Noelle and Kris during the Weird Route).
