Hi! There's likely going to not be one anymore due to the fact that the majority of applicants are from Instagram, and there's a lack of security compared to Discord. Instead, I'm happy to discuss anything important during DMs if an applicant doesn't have discord and inform them of what needs to be known + check ins and I would send their work to the server for them etc or any important things that need to be forwarded to the server

So if anyone who gets accepted can't use Discord/ not comfortable using discord, please email me back or just DM me about it

Wonderlands x Showzine isnt meant to be a huge zine because its only wxs key story centred (unless there were too many artists. Thats when i would introduce mixed events) so having nearly 70 applicants is very good for me 😭 and to think i literally used to talk about my anxieties to my friend that there wouldn't be enough applicants if i decided to host this zine

I did the 1 day left post last night (if ur seeing this...check if the applications are closed yet as it'll be closed a few hours from now) and I thought 'Well. This is a bit pointless as its so last minute but I think i should do a post for the sake of it anyways' went to sleep and BOOM we went up 10 applicants. Ok sure we can do that i expected like 2 maximum but yeah okay we can do 10/pos

Would also like to say thank you guys in insta and tumblr for helping me out!! Especially when I had concerns on shortages on roles e.g. writers and mods and you lovely people really listened and helped out :) thanks guys #community or something. I promise to give back with this zine !!

I can draw more serious and stuff and in a more conventionally popular looking artstyle i just choose not to because drawing in my own style is more fun even if it looks less skilled 🤔
