i’m slowly regressing after all the stress today :< my tummy hurts and i’m anxious but i just wanna chill and not feel awful T^T

sometimes I see criticism towards online agere communities mostly boil down to “why don’t they discuss the negative or traumatizing parts of age regression and only the positive parts ?” and my response is…why would I do that?

seriously why would I share very sensitive, personal information about myself, my mental health and my trauma on a social media website? be so fr rn. it would add 0 benefit to my life and mental health and just leave me vulnerable to predators and bad people.

you know who I do talk to about those things with? my therapist. my psychiatrist. ykno, the people who I pay to listen to me talk to about my mental health problems.

I think people have gotten used to others constantly oversharing about their mental health issues that when others don’t do it, it makes them uncomfortable. idk that’s just a personal theory but I can’t think of another reason why someone would want a community full of trauma survivors and those struggling with mental health issues to share intimate and personal details abt their struggles for funsies
