new years resolution

no liquid calories

fast for 24-36 hours once a week at least

lose at least 1 lb a week

exercise for at least 1 hour a day

weigh every morning and do body checks on sundays

no more that 900 cals a day

no eating from 6pm-6am

drink 1 cup of water before eating

at most, purge once a week (tryin to cut down gradually oop)

no eating around people unless it’s a special/unavoidable circumstance
