Mike talking about something to Jess but she can't concentrate, way too focused on the fact Mike is manspreading in front of her and if she doesn't focus on keeping herself together, she's gonna jump and ride him.

Probably doesn't help Mike notices and makes it worse.

Just always thinking of how no matter how you have Mike treat Jess, he'll always run after her in the cold dark night of a winter storm ontop of a mountain completely underdressed for such a thing. How he'll always be distraught finding her dead body or thinking she died falling down the mineshaft, going on a revenge goal trying to find whoever killed her.

Getting completely angry and knocking Josh out while thinking he was the one who hurt Jess and putting the blame on himself for not being able to reach her in time.

Then there's Mike's "Jessica" when he finds her dead body sounding completely destroyed.

Jess watches couples pranks on yt and then do them on Mike (Mike falls for them every time)

Mike likes to kiss Jess on her forehead (he uses that as a distraction for messing up her hair)

Dude chased after her in a snowstorm with nothing but a tank top and jeans and a gun that might not even work after she was abducted by God knows who or what. I think he cared!

Yes, Mike's honesty is nonexistent when you get the best relationship status between him and Jess, and that's horrible, but even if that happens, he always chases after her and takes her "death" VERY hard.

Mike loves women. He loves their bodies. He's a player. But I think he really WAS falling for Jess, whether he even realized it himself or not.

We also know Mike isn't the bravest guy. He's getting scared by birds and shower curtains. Yet he risks his life for Jess. He would've just stood put or went back to the lodge for help if he didn't care; maybe try to call someone on Jess' phone. But he didn't. He chased after her.

Not to mention he tortures Josh when he thinks he's the one who killed her. You think he did that just for the sake of it? Or got pissed off at Josh for provoking him about her, just for no reason?

And then the police interview if Jess dies. He's absolutely defeated and devastated. He takes her death harder than anyone's throughout the entire game.

He obviously cared for her. I think it started off purely sexual, but he really started falling in love with her.

Mike knows he's in trouble the moment Jess calls him Michael

Mike who finally breaks down and cries from all he's gone through once he's in Jess's arms

Mike who unconsciously pulls Jess closer to him in his sleep

Jess who gets random shivers and Mike who holds her until they stop

Mike will often say random things that could give any outsider an aneurysm meanwhile Jess has become incredible used to it, practically expects it everyday
