They are the strongest of them all.
Stronger than those who doubt them, who condemn them,
Who refuse to understand, couldn’t understand if they tried.
They understand. They understand each other,
Understand what motivates them, what drives them to seek solace in the arms of control.
They are the ones who understand their deepest self, desires, and embrace them.
They are the ones who understand they need it, crave it,
Can’t live life to the fullest without it.
They are the strongest of them all.
Stronger than those whom they run to, who they need.
Yes, they are stronger.
Inner strength radiates from them and transforms into bravery,
A special kind of bravery, the kind of bravery
That allows them to leap headfirst into the relationship that they so desperately need,
To give themselves over to someone completely, to be owned,
Mind, body, soul.
It takes more than trust.
They understand that they choose who they run to,
Who they trust to respect the limits that they set.
‘So are they truely what they call themselves?’,
Ask those who can’t understand.
‘Yes.’, they reply as a united front.
They need to know that there is someone there who will touch their limits,
And gently push.
They crave the connection that is brought by the one who will dominate them,
Control them, mind, body, soul, own them.
Own them so completely, that everything they have, everything they have to give
now belongs to that someone.
And they don’t question it.
They revel in the fact that there is no think;
There is only do.
