i have so much respect for artists who render their pieces. also my phone was dying twice while drawing this so i had to sit on the floor while my phone was charging and my ass hurt so bad when i got up

why a red bg? i do not know but i did a blue undertone for the characters. did i ever upload my bif drawing. i do not remember. but i did the same process as that one i.e. use my fave sketching brush, put down base colors, add desaturated linear burn layer on lower opacity for shadows (but this time i also did an overlay layer for light) then merge into one layer and render on top of that.

Anyway below is the draft i did in my sketchbook that took like 2 minutes to figure out (i got the pose from pinterest) then i took a photo of it and drew over it which is much easier than drawing the pose on my phone.

i really should cut back on staying up late drawing but i do enjoy it. Sigh
