the thing about fanart is that its nice to make art that gets a lot of attention, but that usually comes with the double edged sword of nobody having anything to say in the tags. myfavorite pieces are the ones that hit with a certain niche bc people will always have so much to say in the tags. so much more fun to read someones interpretation of your art than it is to have 200 thumbs-ups
