#i put down the first drop of watercolour and went oh no…this feels yucky but i wasnt going to redraw the sketch. i must persist #original #acuarelas #ft the pencils i got at ross for 5 bucks hell yeah #it looks ok from afar #im sure canson changed the mixed media paper a while ago i used to use acrylics on it often and it was quite enjoyable now it feels bad #idk how to explain it the surface just feels unpleasant w watercolours and acrylics as you paint #it feels great w the nib pen and ink though #anyway

Nah cause you're right on about Sakura to the point where I'm reconsidering a lot of things after reading the argument you presented. Her lack of prestigious clan definitely makes her kindness more significant. And thinking about the raw power she was shown to have in the early plot with the crazy "inner Sakura" stuff, and she chose to hone her skills in HEALING because of how much she cares about others. Pretty cool.

Even when you think about the Sannin - Orochimaru went after Sasuke, Jiraiya took Naruto as his pupil as it would’ve been expected. Sakura wanted to improve and she, herself, went to the 5th Hokage, one of the legendary Sannin, and was like ‘Doesn’t matter how hard it is please have me as your student’

And she did amazingly! She mastered the byakugo at 16. Incredible chakra control, even Shizune points out she was never able to do it

She also was the only one with the knowledge to answer the written exam lol

#She’s so empathetic and kind I just love her a lot. During the land of waves there’s a scene in which she’s struck with how badly people #are living and you see how it impacts her bc she cares. When Lee is injured she constantly goes to the hospital to give him flowers #people only think about one single scene from the very first chapters but then later on she’s one of narutos biggest supporters like??#willing to fail the test bc she doesnt want naruto’s dream to end cheering him on when fighting kiba etc etc #her and granny chiyo. her running to try and help naruto when he transforms bc he’s clearly in pain she finds out naruto is a jinchuuriki #and she never stops caring for him or anything she just Worries for him #during the war her focus is helping as many people as possible. even later she helps kkshi support himself bc he’s drained #idc much for the novels and if theyre canon but her opening a hospital specifically to help kids who may have been traumatized by the war?#Kishimoto’s writing is misogynistic but there’s many scenes in which you can see how good of a character Sakura could’ve been if she had #been given more attention and development #Anyway #🚬#‘she was so annoying though’ as if naruto and sasuke also werent annoying as hell as kids like cmon.#i cant remember but werent she and kakashi the ones who actually struck kaguya enough to hurt her. urm my girl punched God #no six paths powers just THEM HANDS
