Sister dreams | Davina & Anna marie
Sadness stirred deep in Davinaâs eyes. She couldnât imagine being labelled crazy; being a witch had been widely accepted by those who were âin the loopâ and had been a normal part of Davinaâs growing up. Well, as normal as one could expect. Davinaâs eyes traced over her arms, noticing the scars and bruises, biting her bottom lip. âNoâŠthis is not okayâ She said, anger rising within her. âI wonât let them hurt you any moreâ She vowed, her powers heightening slightly with her emotions.
"You donât belong here, Anna. No one does. Iâve heard rumours about this place, but I thought it was abandoned, run downâŠnot even operating anymore" She said seriously, knowing Marcel would be curious about this place, as well as Anna. "I promise Iâll come for you, Anna" She whispered, managing a small smile for the girl. "It was fate that I would find you, Anna. You birds arenât supposed to caged - you were born to be free. Iâm going to make sure you spread your wings" she promised.
Anna hated being labelled the way she was. She was told she was something she wasn't, day in and day out here. She sighed as she knew that Davina had it a little easier through her life. She wasn't labelled crazy or stupid. Depressed or angry. She was screwed up, the doctors had changed her in here. "Then save me, knock me out in this dream so I wake up and come for me. Get me out of here." She pleaded.
"No, it operates quite well, they like to test me day in and day out." She spoke as she looked back out of the window, her tears rushed faster as she whimpered, she wouldn't let herself sob in front of the girl. "Please, hurry Davina, before they hurt me. My wings are broken, I need to be fixed, but I can't. Just get me out, please." She spoke as she looked around, the tears hurting her eyes like acid.Â
