They introduce a new character from the games but completely change her so her entire character revolves around her relationships with men (she is reds love interest and chucks sister. She is neither of those things in the games) and how perfect she is with zero flaws who does everything right bc she exists only to show how incompetent red is omg shes such a girlboss right i love it when female characters don't have any personality except "better than a guy"

The villains backstory is also that one of the male characters from the first movie left her at the alter and broke her heart. And the happy ending is they get married so she immediately dropped her plans for conquering the islands

Happy disability pride month. Nows as good a time as any to finally (FINALLY.) post a character we've had for a VERY long time but took me FOREVER to finalise her design. It just never felt quite right... until now!

Meet Montana Sundown, an ex rodeo star who had to retire early due to an injury. Don't worry; she's one of the lucky ones. Its tradition to take injured country trolls out back and shoot them like a... well. You get the picture.

Unfortunately for Montana, the bad news didn't end there and after several years she found out her dipshit husband had been cheating on her, so she decided to take their two kids and leave him to his lot lizards.

She has a young son named Morgan (who is the spitting image of his father, who... may look familiar? 🤔) and a slightly older daughter named appaloosa (Lucy for short) who just so happens to be pitayas age! And wouldn't you know it, they go to the same school! And become best bffs forever! And maybe... decide to play matchmaker 😊

Montana is calm and collected but doesn't let anyone push her around (her ex husband can attest to that!) and she is exactly what angelina needs in life, and Montana needed someone who'd worship the ground she walked on. Its a win win! They get married and live happily ever after. The end. Probably

I remember you said at one point that you hoped Kris wouldn’t become friends with the soul/player. What do you think of the last chapter? Especially about the secret boss (which is, obviously, a parallel between Kris and the soul and how they need to learn to work together). I always knew this would be the path Toby would take, especially since he said, “I hope that you will be friends with everyone in the end,” or something like that, in a tweet.

Of course, there’s also the weird route, which I personally loved. I always felt there was something off about Noelle, and this route lays everything out in the open.

I'll be honest I care wayyyyyy more about the weird route than the main route. Like its not even close. I'm not really interested in any version of the soul thats not torturing kris for fun. They are our abuse goblin. Its to the point that even though I believe dess knight is 95% gonna happen im actively hoping for kriselle knight bc itd mean the weird route is actually crucial for understanding the main story. Idgaf about dess we haven't even met her she's just lup adventure zone except not a transfem latina. Probably. I like noelle :3

Also I wouldn't say wrch5 proved there's something "off" about her as that implies this is who she really is. She's been in a state of dissociation (dessociation...) for years which we are taking advantage of for our sick amusement to push her over the edge. She doesn't enjoy hurting people she just finally feels like she's not going through the motions
