I think Iāll start posting my intake for idk accountability? Idk what really to post her I guess I could vent? But thatās annoying haha

some things i think new comers should know (i probably missed some)
- ana coaches a majority of the time are NOT good! they are creeps who are using you, why would anyone help you for free, no one does this!! they are scamming you to get nudes!
- take your vitamins daily! vitamins are super important and worth the couple calories they have.
- water is great, but donāt drink excessive amounts you can actually be over hydrated!
- ālow calā foods arenāt worth it instead eat the same amount of calories you wouldāve had in that low calorie snack bar and instead have it in vegetables, fruits, nuts, meat!
- exercise!!!! if you want to lose weight and keep it off e x e r c i s e (not to much though this can also be dangerous)
- do exercises even when youāre sitting or standing (sit and be fit on youtube is good cause you could be reading,drawing, doing homework,etc. while getting a decent workout in)
- facial exercises! these are very important! have you ever heard of the phrase ārunners faceā? if not, runners face is when someoneās body is physically fit and that person is losing weight but they arenāt exercising their facial muscles so their face sags! youtube has some amazing 3-10 minute facial exercises to do wherever!
- TEA! i absolutely love tea when iām fasting, some tea curbs appetite and boosts metabolism. it also tastes good so it can kick some of those cravings too!
- if you are eating try to eat healthy the days your eating too, you may have a low calorie day only eating 500 calories but, if those 500 calories are cookies and chips you could lose more by eating a protein and some vegetables!
- if your fasting and need some ideas of what to do to keep you away from the kitchen as much as possible here are some ideas!
* pick up that book youāve been meaning to read!
* clean! (+ also burns some calories)
* go for a walk!
* exercise!
* draw, paint or color!
* journal/write!
* homework!
* meditation!
* nap!
* play video games!
* paint your nails!
* hangout with friends! (that is after quarantine is over and it is safe to do so!!)
* learn a new language!
* rock out to some music! (+ burns calories if your groovinā)

Hhhh this is so helpful!! Also does anyone know where to find the ultimate Ana masterpost!?? Their new page was deleted again and Iām not sure how to find them again if they make a new account! I wish people would stop reporting accounts like that, they are literally helping us stay alive!
