Her dad has been battling stage 4 lung cancer, and he was just admitted into the ICU today. She is raising money to help.pay for medical expenses and the like thay their insurance won’t cover.

          Dinner and Dance.

                    ⸭ Things can get a little sticky when you’re stuck in a nexus. Plenty of different personalities, different beefs, different everything. However, that can be one of the greatest things about it. Every quarter, the staff at GMH throw a celebration to unite everyone.

          It is encouraged that those who attend fully embrace their culture. Dress in their most elaborate or most well loved attire for their culture is celebrated here along with all others.

          The dining room is grand and the ballroom even grander. Decorated in the colors and styles of every world imaginable. Food overflows on the long tables. Delicacies from all over the universe. There is more deserts, drinks, and food than you could possibly imagine.

          After dinner and desert, feel free to travel into the ballroom. The decor is very similar. A taste of all worlds/ The music is the same. Everyone gets the chance to enjoy their favorite music and dance the night away while drinks and foodstuffs lay at the side still ready to be devoured.

Welcome to your new home. The Great Multiversal Hub (GMH for short). 

How did you get here? Well, you opened a door. Any door. And when you walked through you ended here instead of where you thought you would. It’s easy enough to get back. Just walk through another door. Although sometimes it’ll lead you to another place in the hub.

When you do go back, though, you might realize you’re still connected to GMH through a series of chatroom. Clearly this Nexus likes you.

Hey, look at us. We made a tumblr community for this. The Great Multiversal Hub is a discord server that acts as a sort of roleplay community setting. While there is plenty of OOC chit-chat there is an active IC roleplay area with various channels for you to fuck around in. Things can be serious. Things can be not serious.

Channels are always growing and expanding as more people join in so there’s always something new. In Character games, events, and shenanigans such as CAH are plenty. There may even be a few IC movie nights and there’s an OOC voice chat for extra stupidity.

ANYONE is allowed to join. Canon characters, AUs, OCs. There’ll be multiples a plenty. So come on in and have a blast.

          STAYING IN different rooms from his brother didn’t give him much to do in the night but he did his best to keep his mind occupied. With the many sleepless nights, he felt he had mastered the art of making a bed. Or so he thought.

          THE BOY fussed with the sheets over the frame only for the other side to pop back up and get caught in his jagged edges. A slight groan of defeat escaped him before he heard the light rapping.

          TURNING HIS head and body, he walked toward the door and opened it, greeting his brother with a small wave before gleefully responding.

                    “ Hey brother! No, I’m not busy. Just… fighting a bed                        sheet and losing. What is it? ”

🝐 🝒             It wasn't very often that they had separate rooms. The family kind enough to house them temporarily had many rooms, but they were all very small. Although maybe it was good timing. He wasn't really sure how to deal with himself now let alone last night.

            A natural smile slipped over his lips as Al came to the door. He tipped his head and looked around the large metal body. A chuckle.     "Having some trouble, Al? Let me help."

            The older Elric invited himself in and went to work on firmly folding the bed sheets into place.     “Something happened last night. Kind of need to talk to someone about it, you know?”

🝐 🝒             Ed was good at many things. He was the youngest state alchemist in history. He was excellent in the field of not just alchemy but physics and chemistry. He was proficient with many different types of melee weapons and, thanks to Izumi, incredibly skilled with hand-to-hand and survival skills. It was really no surprise that not just him, but his brother, were well known by many. The Elrics. Child prodigies. Yes, Ed was good at many things. Expressing an emotion that was not childish rage and anger was definitely not one of those things.

                    “Hey Al?”     Flesh knuckles came to gently knock on the door where his brother had stayed for the night. 

            It wasn’t like Ed was unaware of his emotional constipation. He didn’t really know why it was just so difficult to express and talk about. It just... was. With everything they had been through, seen together, talked about... he could always depend on his little brother.

            Fingers opened the door just a crack and peeked in.     “Hey Al, you busy?”
