I often see garden designers talk about making gardens that make use of foliage over colour and I feel like this is one of the few where I feel like that is really being put into practice. Everything here is green but it’s the shapes and shades of green that make it so compelling. The texture change between the foliage and the smoothness of the concrete is even more impactful than the colour change although I admit I do love the contrasting brightness. Also love the branch cutouts in the wall, that’s gorgeous.
