Necromunda is the greatest of these failures. Its hive cities, each home to hundreds of millions, rise from the ash wastes, termite mounds the size of mountains. Sector upon sector, spire upon spire, the hive cities climb so far above the poisoned clouds they cleave the heavens, and sink so deep into the toxic earth they approach hell. Necromunda, and all it represents, is the grave of humanity.
