Plot lines and Possibilities :
Stuart Bennett isnāt the biggest fan of āWade Barrettā. But heās become a lot more comfortable as this sarcastic, highly inappropriate commentator.
That doesnāt mean heās ever going to be over an early end to his ring career. Stu has a serious chip on his shoulder having entirely missed the beginning of the NXT UK brand, and feels like he would have been legendary in it. Either as a Hogan-esque face or a massive heel by slightly changing his accent. NXT 2.0 is a welcome change to him as the old yellow and black theme just brought back quite the memories.
Stu...well, āstewsā on it more often than not, but has learned to hide his resentment to some of the talents he came in with, some that he surpassed and outlived, and others that he sees passing up his accomplishments.
Possible storylines-
1- So sad to see you fade away (Long Lost Love) Stu has been linked with Alicia Fox, and Maxine in his past. Both women are highly volatile, and passionate in their own rights and varied ways.
2- It's God's revenge (Career Mortality) Stu Bennett has watched Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, Bryan Danielson, etc all have long and well-regarded careers in this industry. He canāt help but wonder āWhy Not Me?ā.
3- Little Baby Nothing: (Mandy Rose) Stu/Wade has admired Mandy from afar for a bit. His rants and almost fanaticism from the commentary desk is based on a deep admiration,(as well as attraction) for her and her work. The reinvention made him take notice. As well as add a few more pounds to his weight reps. Just in caseā¦
