What's the story/reasoning behind your character's signature outfit?
What is your character like when they're crying?
Someone wants to photograph/film your character to post online or send to their friends, either with or without their knowledge. What is the most likely reason for this?
Was (or is) your character the type of kid to slap the top of the door frame?
What's something your character specifically hates? A least favorite food, an aesthetic they can't stand, one of life's little annoyances that they despise more than most people do?
What does your character wear around the house? What is their threshold for putting on more presentable clothes? (People coming over, doing something outside, etc)
Somebody finds your character crying. Are they surprised to see this?
What's something your character is very particular about?
Is your character more likely to do dumb stuff (whatever that means for them) when they're alone or with other people?
Somebody insists your character accept payment or reward for some sort of favor. They won’t back down until your character names their price. What might your character ask for?
Will your character admit when they’re scared, or will they come up with a dozen excuses to deflect any accusation of fear?
Consider the infinite interpretations of what constitutes a ghost. What does a ghost look or feel like for your character?
Would anybody describe your character as difficult? Why?
If someone were to describe your character's physical appearance in one word, what might they choose? What would somebody who's kind say versus somebody who is more judgmental?
Does your character like having pets? Would they like to have exotic pets that require lots of specialized care? Are/would they be a responsible pet owner?
Is your character the type to always need to dip their food in something? Veggies in ranch, pizza in sauce, sandwich in soup, etc? Or do they prefer to eat things as they are without extra sauce or condiments?
Does your character need to be kept humble, or could they use a little ego stroking? What do the people around them think?
How obscure is your character's music taste? Do they hear their favorite songs on the radio?
Can your character do a cartwheel?
If your character was a food, what would they be? Why would that food best represent them?
What's something about your character that you have a hard time portraying?
Your character is on a road trip with a group of people. What's their role? Driver? Navigator? Snack manager? Bathroom break announcer? DJ? Annoyance?
Will your character correct somebody when they make a mistake? Are there certain circumstances that make it more/less likely for them to do so? Are they tactful when they correct people? Do they take pleasure in it?
What's a topic that makes your character uncomfortable? Are they able to talk about it? Why is it so sensitive for them?
Your character is sending somebody an anonymous message. What are they saying? Who are they sending it to? Why are they keeping it anonymous? (I have Tumblr asks in mind here, but it can be any form of correspondence.)
What does/did your character call their parents (or whoever raised them)?
Does your character prefer a sweet or savory breakfast? Or no breakfast at all (why?)?
What's the most serious medical emergency your character has ever had? If they've never had a real emergency, what's the worst ailment/injury they've had?
How does your character act when they're mad or upset at somebody, especially toward that person? How does their anger manifest?
What is the experience of walking with your character like? Are they faster or slower than the average person? Do they stop and get distracted? Are they the type who always has some weird shortcut? Are they observant of the world around them, or just focused on getting to their destination?
