Google your first name +Â âglamour shot,â then post the best picture from the first line.
Have you been reading the new Suicide Squad? I've heard some complaints that Black Manta is a bit too a-list to be on the team. Do you agree?
Understand me, amorphous grey blob: Iâm not, in any way, an Aquaman shamer. Although I find the overweening attempts by Johns to ârehabilitateâ the characterâs image to often be embarrassingly defensive and macho, I enjoy the character and his roguesâ gallery without reservation.
That being said, I fear Aquaman, like Martian Manhunter, has gotten to the point where he now works best mostly as a âteamâ guy - a distinct personality, and an integral part of the ensemble, but maybe not suited for a extended solo run. As such, his villains, like Black Manta, are given a little more free agency in which heroes they terrorize, while remaining arch-foes.
This, coupled with the fact that Black Manta is used far too often to add some visual flair to a group shot of villains (artists are also guilty of doing this with Giganta), makes me consider that, no, itâs actually for the best if he gets some solo exposure.

It looks like the scribblings of someone in a horror film
I like to imagine it being written by the Horta. "DEMONS! MISERY! GO HOME! PAIN, PAIN! NO KILL! NO KILL! INTRUDERS! PAIN!"
FUCK YOU, MENTALLY ILL BURN VICTIM, I AM THE NIGHT
LEGO Jurassic World has the most fascinating audio problems, and not just because of the apparent low-quality dialogue transfers: part of the reason the cutscenes sound so awful is because the majority of them were originally filmed outside
So half of the game is clear, crisply sibilant "extras" and dinosaur roars, done in recording booths and foley studios, and the other is Sam Neill yelling into a defective megaphone inside the Carlsbad Caverns
"Fun"
Looking back, I think one of the times I've been most acutely embarrassed on the behalf of others is when I read that post about people saying how they sat up and screamed, in the theater, at Hans for being a bastard in Frozen.
I mean, holy fucking shit, when children in the audience can resist doing stuff like that and you're so emotionally stunted that you can't, why would you ever want to admit that in public? Forget the general "no talking" rule, that's the most pathetic damn thing I've ever heard, and I have to live with myself 24 hours a day.
Two-Faceâs Face Should Have Been Divided Horizontally Instead Of Vertically. I Will Not Back Down From This.
Jared Leto wears a robe around his costume and hair to hide as much of his Joker look as possible on the set of Suicide Squad on Wednesday, 10th June, in Toronto, Canada. [x]

EASTER EGG THAT MAY BLOW YOUR MIND!
In the Watchmen film, the opening sequences are slow motion events in history that were altered thanks to the Watchmen. These scenes include The Comedian being the shooter of JFK, Dr. Manhattan fighting for the government in the Vietnam War and winning it for the US, that famous sailor kissing the girl in Time Square when World War II ended picture and so on.Â
Pictured above is the very first shot among those slow-mo history altering shots. Can you tell which moment in history the first Nite Owl changed by punching this guy? Well, its not exactly âhistoryâ, but for some, it is.Â
Letâs break this image down to figure it out.Â
On the left side of the image, we have a rich looking married couple, alive, and they seem to be with a butler as their driver.Â
The fellow being punched is holding a gun, but doesnât appear to have shot anyone with it.Â
Just above the hat of the man getting punched, we see the word âGothamâ on a flyer.Â
Just to the right of that flyer, on a separate flyer, we see the word âFledermausâ, which is German for âbatâ.
Above the flyers on the top of the billboard are the words âGotham Opera Houseâ.
Finally, on the right side of the image, we see repeating flyers of a Bat Man comic book cover.Â
VERDICT:
In the universe of the Watchmen, Nite Owl I prevented the deaths of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne, thus preventing the âbirthâ of Batman.Â
MIND. BLOWN.
My fondest wish is that the achievements / trophies for DOOM 4 reference the tie-in comic in some way.

âThe approach that Keays-Byrne took when portraying the Immortan made a huge impression on those playing his acolytes, even before filming started. Nicholas Hoult, who portrays Nux, says, âHugh was also referred to on this set as âDaddy.â He went round for the first build-up of pre-production putting big posters everywhere. He even got some of them in places where you wouldnât expect it, like the top of the stunt room gym⊠there would be posters of his face, saying, âDaddy loves you.â It was like all of us War Boys were his strange family and kids. And we completely worship him. Hughâs a fantastic actor to work with. I understand why those kids growing up here would believe every word he said and want to die for him.â

The Critic may have had a problem with constructing cohesive plots, but its parodies were always spot-on.
Even weak episodes of The Critic still beat the pants off of every episode of The Simpsons these days, although I know thatâs faint praise.
And really, I will always forever love The Critic for stuff like Franklin Sherman (âPenguins canât flyyyyy!â), Orson Wells (âYes, oh YES, theyâre even better when youâre DEAD!â), and âBUY MY BOOOOOK!â
The characters were great, too, but my concern lies with the comparatively weak, well-trod plotlines (Jay attends a school play Artie is performing in, Jay runs a marathon, Jay attends a school talent show Artie is performing in) and awkward moments of sentimentality that sometimes felt forced or disingenuous in comparison to The Simpsons -- for instance, Jay re-connecting with his (horrible) mother after insulting her, an end "so formulaic, it could have spewed from the Powerbook of the laziest Hollywood hack", according to noted television critic Robert U. Terwilliger. It made their critique of Hollywood's artificiality ring somewhat hypocritical, all I'm saying.
Also, Duke. Duke is still my absolute favorite. ("A tawkin' BUTT! AHHHH, HA, HA, HA, HA!")
