i survived therapy 🙏 resisted the urges to end the call and quit therapy completely, i got very irritated halfway through. kinda thought she denied my request to work on my other problems, that's not the case at all

now how do i work on my other problems if the biggest one is sexual trauma? what if it's not even sexual trauma, maybe i'm being dramatic and just needed a thing to blame for my problems?

i don't know if it counts as sexual assault, even if that actually was sexual assault it also was COCSA so i feel bad for it affecting me so much because it's not even a big deal? i would never even think something like that about another person but me, i know it still "counts" and is awful but that doesn't apply to me
