Someone graduated at 21 but waited 6 years to get a good job. Someone else had no education but became a millionaire at 21.

One person got married at 20 but divorced 5 years later, while another married at 30 and found everlasting love.

Remember, you're not late, nor early. You're exactly on time. As a unique star in Allah's vast and purposeful universe, trust in His divine timing. Don't let stress overwhelm you. Place your trust in Allah in all matters, have faith in Him, focus on your deen, and work diligently.

In shaa Allah, everything else will fall into place.

اللهم إني اسألك أن تستر علي، وتُهذِّب قلبي، وتؤدّب طَبعَي، وتحسّن خُلُقي، وتضبط سلوكي، واسألك أن تشغلني بغاياتٍ تليقُ بدربك، وترزقني حكمة القول، وفَنّ الصّمت، وبلاغة الرَّدّ، وجَلال الحُضور، وجمال الغياب.

Ya Allah, I ask You to cover me, to refine my heart, to discipline my nature, to improve my character, to regulate my behavior, and I ask You to occupy me with goals that are worthy of Your path, to bless me with wisdom in speech, the art of silence, eloquence in response, majesty in presence, and grace in absence.

What’s something you have learned this year?

I’ll go first,

I learned that Allah will truly exceed your expectations when it’s His time to give. It’s not a myth or something that happens only for the prophets. It was something I had always known but this year, I experienced it and subhanallah every ounce of patience is worth the reward. Every pain for it, is worth it. Allahu Akbar.

Even when you feel you don’t deserve it, Allah still gives beyond what you thought you would receive, and his rahmah (mercy) will make you cry out of shukr (thankfulness) and love for Him.

So stay patient with a beautiful patience and expect only the best from your merciful Rabb, Al-Wadud 🤍 & He will give the best for you.

May Allah عز وجل exceed our expectations and grant us the best of blessings in the akhirah, ameen.

As I grow older, I understand why the Prophet (pbuh) said that whoever isn’t kind has no faith. Faith is kindness. If our faith doesn’t manifest itself through kindness, we’re doing something wrong. Our wounds thirst for kindness, our hearts yearn for it. Kindness. Even a small dose helps. Kindness. It’s what humanity needs most.
