UPDATE: After a few different google searches and an in depth scan of her tumblr tag, I found nothing to indicate Golshifteh signed the Polanski petition. As a result, she will remain Arabella’s face claim, unless someone is able to provide some sources showing she did sign it. If that happens, I will change Arabella’s face claim without hesitation.

Thank you!! When I stumbled across Golshifteh while searching for a face for her, I was so struck. It was like I’d found the face I’d always been imagining for her. Not to mention Golshifteh is straight up gorgeous. I’m so so so stoked to see Arabella in action.

Hey guys! I’ve got a few notes to make you all aware of. First off, I have to end the teaser contests to view bios early. I will try to post the remaining teasers, but I need to shift all my attention to the main to make sure it’s ready for the drop tomorrow. Plus, bios will be posted shortly after the main drops, so you won’t have to wait long, I promise. I will give you all until 11 p.m. EST tonight to participate in both contests, just in case you had something in the works.

Secondly. in regards to tomorrow’s main drop. I’ll be dropping the main at 11:30 p.m. EST tomorrow. Once the main is open you’ll get more details about when bios are dropping, when you’ll be able to apply, and when acceptances will be. I really appreciate all the interest thus far, and can’t wait to start reading bios and fielding more questions from you all. In the meantime, let me know if there’s any questions you might have, and I’ll be happy to answer them!

A MARAUDERS ERA AU ROLEPLAY, SET IN GODRIC’S HOLLOW IN 1982.

Behind every door in this village is a story. You know them well. They aren’t the kind of stories you tell your children before they go to sleep, or the kind shared around a campfire. No, these stories are the kind you’ve buried deep inside you. They’re the stories you and your friends silently agreed never to tell again; the kind that hollow your soul.

Most of the homes in Godric’s Hollow are barred up, condemned because the stories they once told have come to a bitter end. Nearly everyone lost someone in the war. If you didn’t, you posted their picture up on a wooden fence outside the cemetery. All thirteen of their faces had one thing in common; no one expected to see them ever again. A single word was painted just above their photos: missing.

There was no winner in the war.

Each side picked each other off until their ranks were so slim neither one could continue to fight. Witches and wizards would have ceased to exist if you all had kept on. There had been so much bloodshed that death became an inevitability. Afraid for your lives, the war faded away until nearly everyone had stopped fighting. At least, it appeared that way.

Hi guys! Tomorrrow is trailer drop day and I couldn’t be more excited! I just wanted to run a few quick details by you all, so you know what to expect and when.

The trailer will be released tomorrow at 2 p.m. PST. It will include some major details, including when the main will open, which I promise is very soon. To make sure there’s enough content to share and tease up until that happens, I’ve decided to space out the remaining six character teasers. You’ll be getting them as I wrap up each bio, which means about one will be released each day.

I might also add in some other teasers based off the plot, character relationships, etc. to share some more details with you guys. I haven’t decided what those teasers will be of yet, so if there’s anything you’d like to know more about, let me know. Other than that, as always the askbox is open to any questions, and I’m still running the two contests (x)(x) to get a chance to see bios early, so feel free to jump in on those. Thanks so much for all the interest thus far! It truly is my greatest motivator.

Hey everyone! While I’m working away on bios today, I thought I’d give you something to work on as well to drum up some inspiration. You already have one way to access bios early through our code word contest, but now I’m giving you another way and its simple! All you have to do is post some sort of original content in the talk tag for the character you’re interested in and you can get access to their bio. pretty simple! Original content can be anything from a graphic, to a playlist, to a pinterest board. Really, the opportunities are endless.

All you have to do is post the original content, shoot me a message with a link to it, and I’ll send you that character’s bio! A quick note, you can only access bios i’ve already posted teasers for. You can find all of the teasers here.

Also! If you haven’t introduced yourself in the talk tag, please do! There’s a short little prompt here you can use to do so.

As always, if you have any questions about anything, send them my way. In the meantime, I’m looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
